Two stations, short drives
Van Dorn Street on the Blue Line is roughly five minutes east. Franconia-Springfield — Blue Line terminus plus VRE — is about the same distance southwest. Neither is a comfortable walk from most of the area, but both have parking and bus connections, and having two within five minutes at this price point is unusual this close in.
I-495 is immediately north; I-95 and the Franconia-Springfield Parkway a few minutes south.
